What We Delivered: Expense document management system

For Management + Artist we have implemented an automated expense document management system.  The system scans supplier invoices and then automates the import of the document values. We also have integrated a credit card data feed integration, pushing this information to various other systems such as job costing and accounting software. This automated workflow has resulted into significant time and cost saving to M+A working with multiple teams across the globe.
